Overview
ATMI Labs ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of researchers and institutions that visit our website and place orders. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, shipping and billing address, institution), order and transaction history, payment identifiers processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers), and technical data such as browser type, device information, and pages visited.
How we use information
To fulfill orders, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, verify batch and COA requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — with your permission — send occasional product and research updates.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, third-party analytical laboratories, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember cart contents, and privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function as expected.
Data retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial and export-control regulations. Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email privacy@atmilabs.com to submit a request.
Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and quarterly access reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat researcher data with the same care as our laboratory records.
