Returns & Refunds

Return window
Unopened products in their original cold-chain packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials, reconstituted product, and custom or bulk orders are non-returnable due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research compounds.
How to start a return
Email support@atmilabs.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label will be issued within one business day for eligible returns.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility and passes an integrity check, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, custom-synthesized peptides, bulk research orders, and items purchased with a research discount code marked non-returnable at checkout.
